The Same Day Clinic is a friendly caring environment that puts its patients first. Our Lead Clinic Admin, Cindy, and Clinic Admin, Darren, go the extra mile and are ready to help whenever they can.

How the OHC Same Day Clinic Queue works:

The phones are a computer-based system.
The phone lines open 30 minutes before every clinic.
The queue holds twenty-five (25) callers and answers them on a first-come, first-serve basis.
It cannot hold more as this would crash the system and increase the time spent on hold.
As little as 1/10 of a second can be the difference between being first, second, or third in the queue.
There is absolutely no prioritizing done by phone number, name, or manual selection.
